The fully automatic measurement with the DR6000-TF is carried out using a CCD sensor. In addition to the Peltier element, the measurement devices have a flow-through cell which, in conjunction with the drying unit, peristaltic pump and autosampler, enables fully automatic operation.

These refractometers are the ideal solution for manufacturers of flavors, fragrances and essential oils, as well as for the pharmaceutical and beverage industries. They can be used in routine analysis with high sample volumes, purity control of raw materials and end products or the determination of sugar concentration in juices and non-alcoholic beverages.

For reproducible quality controls in the food, beverage and sugar industries, the analyzer offers activatable temperature compensation in accordance with ICUMSA.

Firmware, data recording and storage of the devices are compliant with the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11. The measurement devices also comply with GMP/GLP, Pharmacopoeia (USP, BP, JP, Ph. Eur.), FDA, ISO, HACCP, OIML, ASTM, ICUMSA, NIST.
